Policies | Please Read Below Before Booking

DEPOSIT

A Non-refundable booking fee of $25 dollars to secure your slot, if booking fee is not paid within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment your appointment will be canceled.
For micropigmentation procedures the deposit will be of $80

LATE POLICY

If you are running late please inform us in advanced. You have a 15 min grace period beyond that time your appointment will have to be rescheduled.

CANCELLATION

A 24 hour notice is required prior to cancellation or rescheduling of any service. Failing to do so will be considered a no show and WILL BE
RESTRICTED FROM BOOKING FURTHER SERVICES.

REFUND POLICY

Our salon upholds a strict policy that refunds are not applicable once services have been provided, ensuring fair compensation for our expertise and dedicated time spent catering to your beauty needs. We encourage clients to communicate any concerns promptly to address and resolve any issues to their satisfaction.
